Furthermore, how does following Jesus impact our relationships with others, our work, our use of resources, and our overall purpose in life? Repentance and Conversion: Turning away from a life of sin and self-centeredness, acknowledging one’s need for forgiveness, and committing to a new path guided by Jesus’ teachings. This isn’t merely a one-time event, but an ongoing process of recognizing and addressing sin in one’s life.
Discipleship and Obedience: Learning from Jesus’ teachings, imitating his example, and obeying his commands. This involves studying the Scriptures, particularly the Gospels, to understand his life, ministry, and message. Obedience includes striving to live according to his moral principles, such as love, compassion, forgiveness, and humility.
Love and Compassion: Loving God with all one’s heart, soul, and mind, and loving one’s neighbor as oneself. This love extends to all people, regardless of their background, beliefs, or social status, including those who are marginalized, oppressed, or considered enemies. Heavenly Father,
